Adult

Learn to row

No prior experience is needed to register for our learn to row sessions. Sessions are held throughout the year, both group sessions and private sessions are available. After the completion of learn to row sessions, individuals typically become a member of our club where they will be integrated into our community, access to social functions, and have the ability to train and race.

Collegiate

Collegiate rowers at BLJ may row with any crews during the year, check out boats, and train with our racing team with the approval of the Head Coach.

Masters

Our masters program is geared towards adults of all ages. Rowers with prior experience are encouraged to become a member.

Youth

Our youth program is compromised of high school and middle school participants from throughout many parts of the Philadelphia. This program accepts youth who do not have experience rowing and experienced rowers.

Novice

The novice program is geared towards youth who do not have any experience and would like to learn the fundamentals of sculling. Those who are sweep rowers can also participate in the program in order to learn how to scull

Sculling Development

The sculling development is designed to improve the technique of rowers and those who are aiming to maintain fitness.

Corporate

BLJ Community Rowing offer corporate offices the unique chance to learn how to row along boathouse row. Through corporate rowing, we teach employees camaraderie, teamwork, health, and wellness. We accept any church, school, company and organization.
